Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the first point of contact for the customer and coordinate subcontractors.
  • •Troubleshoot incidents remotely as much as possible, coordinating onsite support when required.
  • •Resolve faults in access control, attendance systems, CCTV, break-in/alarm, intercom, and building management systems, including associated IT networks.
  • •Ensure good reporting and discuss it with the client.
  • •Manage the security installations.

  • •Minimum mbo work-and-think level in the direction of security systems engineering (MBV or TBV).
  • •Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solution- and customer-oriented approach.

  • •Valid driving license B (you use the company car to get to work).
  • •Organizational strength and the ability to set priorities under time pressure while being prepared for fault service shifts.
