  • •Translate the company’s initiatives into a clear roadmap with defined priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
  • •Partner with functional, product, and data leaders to identify and advance the highest-value scope, use cases and initiatives.
  • •Build and maintain the core operating model for large-scale programs: intake, prioritization, review, approval, and execution tracking.
  • •Lead cross-functional coordination with application engineering, application product management and global data & analytics teams.
  • •Simplify complex processes, reduce friction, and create visibility through structured documentation and dashboards.
