Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery success across the UKI region, from solution design and SoW creation through delivery and value realization.
  • •Own delivery margin and efficiency of SoWs, managing the commercial process in top accounts alongside the Account Manager.
  • •Drive top account growth by identifying opportunities for renewals and new workstreams, with responsibility for revenue performance in those accounts.
  • •Lead transformation programme definition, including operating model design and change management.
  • •Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Delivery Leads, ensuring consistent delivery methodologies and leading billable delivery for large-scale accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in consulting or programme management within a professional services/consulting firm.
  • •Proven experience managing a team.
  • •Deep understanding of financial modeling for professional services, including Gross Margin calculation and utilization tracking.
  • •Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • •Preferred: PMP, Prince2, or advanced Scrum certification (CSM/PSM II).
