General Production- 1st Shift

Perform essential production tasks in a fast-paced meat processing environment, helping ensure safe, high-quality food. Style trays of sausage, stack pallets of finished product cases, and support sanitation/janitorial duties as needed. Work scheduled shifts with potential overtime, following instructions and maintaining safety standards while handling raw meat and animal fats in refrigerated conditions. Use hand tools, knives, machinery, and required PPE to support an efficient production line.
