Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute procurement category strategy and vendor distribution roadmap to improve margins as Quince scales.
  • •Deliver cost reductions and competitive costing aligned to should-costing, supply continuity, and quality/ESG considerations.
  • •Structure and run end-to-end competitive RFPs, owning the lifecycle from vendor identification through award and institutionalizing repeatable frameworks.
  • •Create and use component-level clean sheets for pricing transparency, including clean sheet approvals and buy plan margin review.
  • •Partner with technology and cross-functional teams to embed procurement capabilities into vendor portal/product catalog tools and integrate upstream material availability into product development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 240,000 annually
