Job Summary

Own the migration and ongoing management of a HubSpot CRM overhaul for a lean recreational rentals marketplace. Lead end-to-end data migration from Freshsales/Desk, configure Sales Hub and Service Hub, and troubleshoot to ensure a smooth transition. Then provide daily HubSpot upkeep, sales/marketing sequences, onboarding support, and front-line customer troubleshooting while reporting on sales operations. Work fully remotely as the go-to HubSpot specialist.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end migration of data from Freshsales/Desk into HubSpot
•Configure HubSpot Sales and Service tools to match client workflows and troubleshoot migration issues
•Manage day-to-day CRM upkeep, data entry, and account maintenance in HubSpot
•Build and manage sales/marketing sequences, including email templates and follow-ups, and produce recurring sales operations reporting
•Provide front-line customer support and troubleshooting, and deliver onboarding/light training on new HubSpot workflows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Sales and Service tools)
•Experience migrating CRM data (Freshsales/Desk to HubSpot preferred, or similar migrations)
•Background in sales operations or sales support
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills
•Demonstrated reliability (consistent attendance and proactive, self-directed follow-through)
