  • •Support Programme Development Manager and Programme Development Lead by designing and proposing solutions to programme challenges.
  • •Assist in programme delivery activities including organisation design, programme integration, delivery model formulation, and programme strategy.
  • •Undertake policy research and economic analysis to support the business case development process.
  • •Organize workshops and carry out qualitative and quantitative research and economic modelling to develop an overview of current capability and required policy actions.
  • •Analyse programme information and financial data, present findings in writing and orally, maintain accurate records, support compliance, and identify process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as engineering, business, economics, or finance from a reputed university.
  • •1-3 years of experience in an advisory role, preferably with leading advisory firms.
  • •Experience in economic and financial analysis and programme management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • •Experience with infrastructure frameworks such as Public Spending Code, Green Book, and Infrastructure Guidelines.
  • •High level awareness of government policies and guidelines.
