Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as BIM Lead Verifier and ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan and BIM standards.
  • •Check and coordinate project BIM models and deliverables to meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • •Independently verify the completeness and accuracy of team work prior to senior review.
  • •Manage coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software during delivery.
  • •Initiate and manage projects in BIM360 and guide/management of junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to fulfil the above duties and responsibilities.
  • •Minimum 12 years’ experience in drawing/modeling of concrete and steel structures.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience of relevant Revit modelling.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, and working in BIM environments.
  • •BIM qualification/diploma/bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering; expert knowledge of BIM standards and processes.
