Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI Search agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities, applying reinforcement learning and automated decision-making end-to-end.
  • •Enhance LLM-based query understanding by processing multi-turn conversations and performing semantic analysis to ensure accurate, objective results.
  • •Optimize RAG and LLM pipelines by improving retrieval and ranking, training/optimizing LLMs for answer generation, and enhancing structured result presentation.
  • •Translate agent/LLM research into production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in C++/Python and strong command of algorithms and data structures (e.g., retrieval, graph algorithms).
  • •Basic understanding of LLM fundamentals, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning workflows.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering technical projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM/Agent technologies such as RAG optimization and RLHF/SFT, or agent framework development (planning/memory).
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience driving technical advancements with teams.
