Key Responsibilities

•Build AI Search agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities, applying reinforcement learning and automated decision-making end-to-end.
•Enhance LLM-based query understanding by processing multi-turn conversations and performing semantic analysis to ensure accurate, objective results.
•Optimize RAG and LLM pipelines by improving retrieval and ranking, training/optimizing LLMs for answer generation, and enhancing structured result presentation.
•Translate agent/LLM research into production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product upgrades.

Key Requirements

•Proficient in C++/Python and strong command of algorithms and data structures (e.g., retrieval, graph algorithms).
•Basic understanding of LLM fundamentals, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning workflows.
•Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering technical projects.
•Hands-on experience with LLM/Agent technologies such as RAG optimization and RLHF/SFT, or agent framework development (planning/memory).
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience driving technical advancements with teams.
