Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide brand storytelling, engage customers proactively, and deliver a passionate, inclusive brand experience.
  • •Develop product knowledge and usage scenarios to offer professional solutions for sports needs.
  • •Adjust merchandise according to display standards and manage daily replenishment and seasonal changes.
  • •Handle goods management and cashier duties including opening/closing, checkout, and cash reconciliation.
  • •Collaborate with store leadership to execute daily plans and participate in store meetings to help achieve action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiar with brand philosophy and brand spirit, able to convey the brand story and actively interact with customers to create enthusiastic, inclusive brand experiences.
  • •Familiar with product knowledge and usage scenarios, proactively listen to customer activity needs and provide professional solutions for different sports needs.
  • •Merchandise adjustment according to display standards, including daily replenishment and seasonal adjustments.
  • •Operational stock management (receiving/returns/inventory/cb) and cashier operations (checkout, reconciliation, POS) including opening/closing and daily reviews.
  • •Able to proactively and effectively collaborate with the store manager or supervisor to complete daily work plans and ensure smooth handovers.
