Job Summary

Provide complex technical support to Cold Storage customers via email, phone, and other remote channels. Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical, refrigeration, and integrated systems, guide preventive maintenance, and document interactions with root-cause analysis. Coordinate with outside service and distribution partners and support Level 1 technicians to improve product uptime and customer satisfaction, escalating only rarely to empowered Engineering teams.

•Provide complex technical support and assistance to customers via email, phone, and/or other remote methods.
•Respond to customer inquiries on installation, operations, and maintenance; provide guidance for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
•Accurately document customer interactions, including complaints, troubleshooting steps, root cause analysis, and actions taken to resolve malfunctions.
•Communicate with customers and distributors worldwide regarding product failures and complaints via telephone, fax, and email.
•Work with outside service and distribution partners and provide assistance to Level 1 technicians; support escalation to Engineering only when rare.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of related work experience in technical service, refrigeration (Cascade a plus), and electronics.
•High school diploma (AS/BS in EET, MET, or other technical discipline preferred).

•Strong customer service skills and ability to apply technical knowledge to problem resolution.
