Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for high net worth or ultra high net worth clients externally and internally for flow transactional banking elements, supporting one or more Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and generate income through focused business development.
•Provide temporary on-the-ground support to different RM teams, Markets or client portfolios to maintain service continuity during staff absences, leaves, seasonal surges or special projects.
•Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to high net worth client enquiries and requests.
•Ensure high net worth client account opening documents are complete and accurate and that data input is timely and in the correct format.
•Assist in the credit application process by ensuring all credit applications meet deadlines and compliance with processes

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience.
•Proven and progressive private banking experience or equivalent.
•Proven customer service, communications, CDD, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
•Good understanding of the major products or services available in the private banking industry.
•Credit skills, ideally obtained in an area dealing with High Net Worth individuals or Business Banking
