General Labor- Lumber Grader/Stacker

Grade, sort, and stack lumber in a pine sawmill production environment to support safe, efficient mill operations. Identify lumber quality and defects, keep work areas clean, and maintain steady material flow. Remove off-grade or damaged lumber as directed and report quality issues, equipment concerns, jams, and unsafe conditions to supervisors. Work with machine and forklift operators as part of a production team, with advancement opportunities into sawmill operator roles.
