Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes across Edmonton daily using your vehicle(s) or fleet.
  • •Choose and execute a task-based model such as retrieve & charge (charge at your secured facility and deploy the next morning) or retrieve & drop-off to the local Bird warehouse.
  • •Manage end-to-end operations for an assigned portfolio to ensure vehicles are available in high-demand areas.
  • •Perform light field checks to ensure vehicles are safe and environmentally friendly.
  • •Problem-solve in real time, prioritize tasks, and navigate local geography efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •Own or have consistent access to at least one large vehicle (van/truck) suitable for transporting multiple scooters/bikes.
  • •Access to garage, warehouse, or commercial facility with electricity for overnight charging (highly preferred).
  • •Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (or applicable commercial license) with a clean driving record.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and handle heavy equipment while stooping, bending, walking, and standing for long periods.
  • •Flexible weekend availability and willingness to operate regularly while learning mobile tools to locate and manage the fleet.
