Job Summary

Serve as the product and technical subject matter expert for Alpaca’s enterprise partners across your APAC territory. You’ll own technical sales engagements end to end—discovery, solution validation, RFPs, demos, and deal support—while translating complex business and technical requirements into clear solutions. Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success, stay current on regulatory and jurisdictional requirements, and help roll out new platform features to customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the product and technical subject matter expert, articulating the Alpaca platform to diverse stakeholders.
•Serve as a regional expert in regulations, compliance, and jurisdictional requirements.
•Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to provide technical advisory throughout the client lifecycle.
•Own technical sales engagement end-to-end, including discovery, solution validation, RFPs, and deal-winning questionnaires.
•Lead demo strategy and execution, and support travel as needed for customer engagements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, technical consulting, technical product management, or partner engineering in client-facing roles, preferably at API or SaaS-first companies.
•Strong hands-on technical background working with APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable terms.
•Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion with close attention to detail.
•Proficiency in speaking Korean.
