Job Summary

Support the KKR Next Generation Technology team by contributing to deal sourcing and execution for growth-oriented investments in enterprise software, cybersecurity, consumer internet, fintech, and tech-enabled services. Over time, focus will shift toward execution and portfolio company management. Work with a team actively deploying capital from Fund IV while demonstrating strong analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to deal sourcing and initial screening for growth equity investments.
•Execute investment processes and support transaction execution work.
•Over time, take on greater responsibility for portfolio company management.
•Support the team’s disciplined investment approach and alignment with core values.
•Demonstrate strong execution, prioritization, and collaboration across deal and portfolio workstreams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•~2+ years of investment banking experience plus 1-2 years in growth equity, late-stage venture capital, or private equity.
•Experience with deal sourcing is a plus.
•Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across quantitative and qualitative analysis.
•Ability to learn quickly with intellectual curiosity and self-motivation.
•Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
