Branch Leader I/II - Intercourse Branch

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, development, and people management. Grow branch business development and revenue by building small business and mass affluent client relationships through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, partnering with IRM and operations leaders while executing engagement routines.
