Job Summary

Own the Planview platform and portfolio management capabilities by defining product vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy. Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to capture requirements, prioritize enhancements, and govern releases. Drive standardized planning and reporting, improve governance and transparency for investment execution outcomes, and communicate roadmap progress, adoption trends, performance metrics, and business value to executive sponsors.

•Develop and maintain the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Planview and portfolio management capabilities.
•Serve as business owner for Planview capabilities, configuration, and governance; establish standards for processes, data quality, reporting, and platform usage.
•Own and prioritize the product backlog; define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Partner with technology teams and vendors to deliver platform enhancements; support release planning, testing, training, communications, and change management.
•Oversee reporting, dashboards, and analytics; define and track metrics for adoption, data quality, operational effectiveness, and business value.

•Experience with portfolio management, resource management, financial planning, or strategic planning processes.
•Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment.
