Job Summary

Lead mission-critical and data center projects for a fast-paced engineering consulting team. Own project initiation through completion with minimal oversight, including work plans, proposals, schedules, budgets, invoicing, change orders, and closeout. Communicate regularly with clients on status, quality, and issues; manage stakeholder relationships across clients, vendors, and agencies. Guide multidisciplinary teams as a team leader, providing mentoring and maintaining project records while tracking KPIs and workload.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and designers through multiple simultaneous mission-critical/data center projects.
•Prepare project work plans, proposals, and schedules, obtaining management/client approval.
•Manage client communications on project status and quality, proactively resolving issues.
•Develop and maintain budgets and KPIs, including forecasting, workload tracking, and change management.
•Mentor team members and junior project managers, maintain project records, and administer subconsultant agreements and invoicing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•7+ years of experience in Project and/or Program Management on large engineering and/or construction projects.
•Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and bringing projects to successful completion within cost and time requirements.
•Exceptional written and oral communication, including presenting to senior management.
•Experience negotiating contract terms and proficiency with MS Office and project management software tools.
