Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and designers through multiple simultaneous mission-critical/data center projects.
  • •Prepare project work plans, proposals, and schedules, obtaining management/client approval.
  • •Manage client communications on project status and quality, proactively resolving issues.
  • •Develop and maintain budgets and KPIs, including forecasting, workload tracking, and change management.
  • •Mentor team members and junior project managers, maintain project records, and administer subconsultant agreements and invoicing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •7+ years of experience in Project and/or Program Management on large engineering and/or construction projects.

  • •Exceptional written and oral communication, including presenting to senior management.
  • •Experience negotiating contract terms and proficiency with MS Office and project management software tools.
