Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage UK renewable installation operations, supervising a team of junior and senior field engineers.
  • •Act as the primary technical authority for the domestic fleet, handling complex technical escalations and ensuring field engineering decisions remain robust and compliant.
  • •Establish and refine robust quality assurance frameworks, review processes, and field audits to maintain an elite standard of installation quality.
  • •Overhaul and manage the onboarding, continuous training, and monitoring programs to ensure our entire installing fleet is highly qualified and compliant.
  • •Oversee domestic installations and commissioning across multiple technologies, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations, MCS standards, and health and safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading and managing distributed electrical or renewable installation teams.
  • •Fully qualified electrician with relevant UK qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent) and qualified to act as an Electrical Qualified Supervisor.
  • •Proven experience with the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of domestic Solar PV, EV charge points, and Heat Pump systems.
  • •Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor engineers and maintain high performance under tight timelines.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of UK electrical regulations, health and safety protocols, and MCS compliance.
