Own commercial prioritisation and impact for the Channels Plus product, partnering closely with Product Managers to drive future product-led growth. Deliver initiatives to scale and optimise a two-sided marketplace and act as the single point of contact for commercial escalations and day-to-day business operations oversight. Coordinate with GTM, Ecosystem, and external OTA/payment partners to improve inventory matching, activation, pricing, and conversion.

•Own Channels Plus business prioritisation and impact, working with Product Managers on product-led growth strategies.
•Deliver initiatives to scale and optimise the two-sided marketplace in collaboration with GTM, Ecosystem, and external partner teams.
•Serve as the single point of contact for commercial escalations and oversee day-to-day Channels Plus business operations.
•Partner across internal teams (Partnerships, Product & Engineering, Sales, Finance, Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing) to improve complex business processes and ensure a smooth customer/partner experience.
•Engage external partners (online travel agents and payment processing partners) to resolve issues and improve business processes.
