Job Summary

Partner with the Growth and Sales teams to own GTM financial planning and forecasting, linking spend to pipeline, revenue, and long-run unit economics. Build and maintain core unit economics frameworks (LTV/CAC, payback, channel ROI, CPA), drive rigorous investment allocation, and deliver narrative actuals-vs-forecast variance analysis. Prepare executive materials and collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate cost recognition as you build GTM finance infrastructure from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

•Own GTM financial planning end-to-end, leading annual budgets and monthly re-forecast cycles with bottom-up models connecting spend to growth outcomes.
•Act as the trusted finance partner to heads of Growth and Sales, helping interpret performance and navigate trade-offs.
•Build and maintain GTM unit economics frameworks including LTV/CAC, payback period, channel ROI, and CPA models.
•Challenge and pressure-test GTM spend proposals to drive budget reallocation toward highest-return activities.
•Produce monthly actuals-vs-forecast variance analysis with narrative and prepare concise executive materials for performance reviews.
