Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within a dynamic, agile architecture team to deliver project outcomes.
  • •Collaborate closely with engineers and in-house specialists across Belfast and wider UK/international offices.
  • •Apply strong design and technical skills across RIBA stages for large-scale projects.
  • •Use Revit/BIM workflows and presentation/visualisation skills to support design development and client communication.
  • •Ensure designs reflect relevant building systems, regulations, and construction types.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified and registered architect, ARB/RIBA accredited.
  • •Strong design and technical ability with working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types.
  • •Strong Revit skills (essential) and BIM awareness; knowledge of AutoCAD and Creative Cloud is desirable.
  • •Preferably experience across a wide range of RIBA stages and previous experience on large scale projects.
  • •Computer literate in standard Microsoft Office software with careful attention to detail.
