Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management services for a hyperscale data center construction program for a key client, managing internal and external stakeholders across large mission-critical campus projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. Provide quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the full project lifecycle, drive commercial reporting, oversee financial forecasting and margin tracking, and help manage cost management and project controls services while mentoring a cost management team.
