Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform solutions for ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management.
  • •Configure and enhance ESG capabilities such as metric definitions, data collection, ESG reporting, disclosure frameworks, goals & targets, attestations, and sustainability program management.
  • •Develop and support health & safety processes including incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, safety observations, hazard management, and regulatory reporting.
  • •Configure audit management capabilities including audit planning, audit engagements, findings, recommendations, action tracking, and remediation management.
  • •Build workflows, integrations, APIs, dashboards, reports, workspaces, and automation; leverage AI-powered capabilities; and support testing, deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow ESG Management, Health & Safety Incident Management, and Audit Management applications.
  • •Strong ServiceNow Platform development skills including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting, Workspaces, Platform Configuration, and Automation.
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting elements such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • •Experience building integrations using REST APIs and SOAP services, including enterprise integration patterns.
