Job Summary

Own end-to-end product design from problem discovery through production-ready solutions for millions of users. Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX Research, Data & Intelligence, and Business Analysts to shape what gets built and how it feels. Run lightweight research and synthesize evidence from analytics, NPS, and customer contact to make clear, defensible design decisions—while maintaining a high bar for interaction craft and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end design from problem discovery through production-ready output for your domain.
•Lead discovery and problem shaping by engaging users, synthesizing qualitative research, and translating insights into design implications.
•Generate and evaluate multiple design directions; build and test prototypes to validate assumptions and details.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and PMs to shape what gets built, align on trade-offs, and define success metrics.
•Incorporate evidence from research, NPS, behavioral analytics, and customer intelligence to make design decisions and maintain high design quality.

•Deep user empathy gained through direct, regular contact with real users.
•Strong interaction design skills across states, transitions, feedback, error handling, and edge cases; proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems at scale.
