Key Responsibilities

  • •Decompose GPB&W ASP demand into an actionable delivery backlog and coherent delivery plans with clear ownership and sequencing.
  • •Partner with Product/Business Owners to clarify outcomes, scope, hypotheses, acceptance criteria, and key controls.
  • •Ensure work enters delivery “ready” by resolving dependencies, assessing risks, aligning approaches, and securing environments/access.
  • •Own the RAID log, manage cross-team/cross-platform (and third-party) dependencies, and drive early risk sensing with escalations.
  • •Plan and run delivery governance forums and provide forecasting and performance insights (progress, risks, dependencies, benefits, and flow metrics).

Key Requirements

  • •Agile/Lean delivery leadership with practical governance (Scrum, Kanban, flow).
  • •Backlog flow management and prioritisation support, including WSJF (or equivalent).
  • •Experience managing RAID logs and orchestrating dependencies across multiple teams/squads and locations.
  • •Proven delivery leadership in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
  • •Strong control mindset covering risk identification, evidence/auditability, and operational resilience readiness.
