Job Summary

Support Quince’s sourcing function for Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop categories by identifying and evaluating vendor partners in the region. Help pitch and onboard new suppliers, strengthen existing relationships, and monitor capacity and style-level risks to keep production aligned with growth. Build foundational open costing skills to help validate cost structures and support negotiations, while refining SOPs and improving product quality and launch performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in scouting and evaluating vendor partners in the region for Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop products with competitive lead times
•Support pitching and onboarding of new vendor partners, aligning with test-period, quality, and scalability criteria
•Manage and strengthen supplier relationships to improve product costs, quality, and commercial terms
•Monitor and track supplier and style-level capacity, flagging risks and opportunities to the Sourcing Manager
•Develop foundational open costing skills and help support negotiations with fact-based costing data; contribute to SOP/process refinement and launch quality improvements

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sourcing, merchandising, or supply chain experience, ideally in Window Hardware, Decor, Kitchen, and Tabletop (especially Window Hardware and Décor)
•Passion for product quality and customer experience, with a desire to grow into a strategic sourcing role
•Strong self-motivation to take initiative, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
•Detail-oriented, with a data-informed approach to decision-making and problem-solving
•Strong analytical interest in process improvement, cost analysis, and vendor performance tracking
