Key Responsibilities

  • •Create high-quality scientific, medical, and clinical content for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
  • •Develop PowerPoint presentations and text-based copy for multimedia programs across digital, live virtual, and/or in-person formats.
  • •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key clinical issues, guidelines, approved drugs/regimens/devices, and therapeutic pipelines.
  • •Develop and support relationships with thought leaders and expert faculty to deliver current, accurate, and compelling content.
  • •Use assessment and program data to generate insights and presentations, and consult internally and externally to design compliant, instructionally sound programs.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years’ experience developing digital, live, in-person, and hybrid medical education programs for healthcare professionals.
  • •At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as a medical writer/content developer at a medical education or communications agency.
  • •Established expertise in hematology/oncology, with experience in non-malignant hematology and/or rare diseases preferred.
  • •Highly proficient written English and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • •Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite—particularly PowerPoint—with excellent editorial skills; an advanced medical or science-related degree preferred.
