Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Sustainability Reporting projects including implementation of new reporting standards, developing technical concepts, and coordinating with auditors/external consultants
  • •Contribute to Allianz Group's sustainability reporting preparations
  • •Cooperate in regulatory fund reporting
  • •Ensure audit compliance of ESG/sustainability reporting and manage internal/external auditing processes
  • •Define sustainability reporting guidelines, provide training and support teams to design robust processes and controls for reporting

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced graduate degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Law
  • •At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a company, a bank or an auditing firm
  • •Experience with and knowledge of ESG / sustainability / non-financial reporting (standards, regulations, trends, developments)
  • •Ideally, proven expertise in relevant reporting standards (e.g. TCFD) and understanding regulatory requirements (e.g. SFDR or CSRD)
  • •Experience in managing projects
