Job Summary

Own the measurement and analytics foundation for Market Influence, defining core metrics, running the tooling, and maintaining the data warehouse that powers enterprise reporting. •Define and operate Market Influence core metrics using rigorous, transparent in-house methodology leadership can query.
•Build cross-pod performance reporting and stand up per-asset attribution to show what converted.
•Administer the measurement stack (onboarding, dashboards, live MCP access) and build/maintain the Databricks data warehouse.
•Pipe MI intelligence through TrendIQ so teams get relevant, timely context.
•Partner with Marketing Ops on data ownership boundaries and support competitive-intelligence/digital-footprint feeds with the CI team.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in marketing analytics, marketing/revenue operations, or data analytics, including ownership of measurement for a marketing or comms function.
•Hands-on with marketing-measurement platforms (media monitoring/SOV/social analytics) and comfortable owning tool administration and methodology.
•Fluent with a modern data stack (e.g. Databricks or equivalent) and connecting disparate sources into shared reporting.
•Strong communicator who turns data into a clear story for senior leaders.
•High AI fluency; comfortable with MCP/agentic tooling.
