Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide fast quotes and order services for internal stakeholders based on categories assigned by the Shared Service Center.
  • •Execute procurement business processes primarily focused on P2P, including competitive bidding, contract negotiation, and invoice and payment processing.
  • •Work with suppliers to improve performance in line with procurement performance metrics.
  • •Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  • •Discover, track, and resolve day-to-day P2P issues and improve processes within the immediate scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Ability to develop category intelligence, analyze supply markets, and create data-driven procurement strategies.
  • •Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate complex needs into actionable procurement plans.
  • •Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving.
