Job Summary

Own the product vision and roadmap for an enterprise AI platform, balancing fast innovation with security, governance, and cost controls. Lead core platform capabilities that enable consistent, compliant development, deployment, and operation of AI solutions at scale, including agentic and developer frameworks. Partner with business teams to onboard priority use cases and drive adoption through strong developer and user experiences across Engineering, Security, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage the product vision and roadmap for core AI platform capabilities aligned to enterprise AI strategy and business outcomes.
•Lead core AI platform services for reliable, compliant development, deployment, and operation of AI solutions at enterprise scale.
•Provide standardized frameworks, runtimes, memory, and orchestration to build, deploy, and manage AI agents across research and production environments.
•Manage enterprise access to models, developer tools, evaluation frameworks, and prompt assets to accelerate repeatable AI development.
•Partner with business teams to onboard priority use cases, translate needs into platform capabilities, and drive adoption via developer and user experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 141,000 - 184,000

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product management, platform products, or technology strategy.
•Experience working on complex platforms or developer-focused products.
•Experience with AI/ML and data platforms or cloud infrastructure.
•Strong product strategy, roadmap, and execution skills.
•Ability to partner across engineering, security, finance, and risk teams and translate technical concepts into business value.
