Key Responsibilities

•Direct and supervise security staff providing security services for guests.
•Ensure compliance with security policies/procedures and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
•Assign, oversee, and train staff on entrance screening, access control, crowd control, and monitoring guest behavior.
•Monitor and authorize employee/visitor entrance and departure to prevent theft and maintain secure premises.
•Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as incidents, damages, theft, unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar security role, ideally in a live music environment.
•Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices, and enforcement procedures in an event venue.
