Box Office Supervisor - Shoreline Amphitheatre (Seasonal 2026)

Supervise daily and nightly box office operations, including will call, guest list, ticket sales, and ticket scanning. Lead and train box office staff, coordinate with the Box Office Manager and other venue departments, and support recruitment, evaluations, and staffing levels. Handle cash operations—drawer reconciliation, daily sales accounting, pricing initiatives—and maintain accurate ticket inventory and customer databases, ensuring smooth guest interactions and compliance with ticketing and ADA requirements.
