Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and support critical Composer operations including trading, brokerage servicing, account operations, and operational escalations.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert across Composer’s operating model, including brokerage workflows, system dependencies, and controls.
  • •Design and continuously improve end-to-end member journeys by identifying friction points and enabling scalable servicing solutions.
  • •Support trading operations and related workflows including trade lifecycle management, exception handling, reconciliations, corporate actions, and margin and risk events.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, and ensure operating processes align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk-management standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,600 - 168,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in brokerage, fintech, financial services, business operations, trading operations, or a related regulated environment.
  • •Strong understanding of brokerage operations and the trade lifecycle, including trading, clearing, settlement, and account servicing.
  • •Independently own complex projects and operational workstreams from problem identification through implementation.
  • •Strong process-design, analytical, and problem-solving skills to develop scalable workflows and controls.
  • •FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 63 or 66 required.
