Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead analog/RF IC design for UWB and RF transceiver products, supporting system and product requirements.
  • •Execute the full RF transceiver design cycle: block architecture, concept design, schematic, layout, extracted simulations, tape-out, and test/validation.
  • •Design and optimize key RF blocks such as PLL & clock systems, IF filters and VGA, and transmitter stages.
  • •Develop LO system design including crystal oscillator, integer/fractional PLL, and LO distribution systems.
  • •Implement calibration modules (e.g., AGC, PDET, gain/offset/IQMM) and support low-current mode and power management (including LDO input voltage considerations).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Completed at least one full design cycle of an RF transceiver, including architecture, schematic, layout, tape-out, test/validation, and identifying fixes for subsequent tape-outs.
  • •Ability to establish strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
