Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage prioritization for CPQ and pricing tool enhancements aligned with strategy, operational needs, user experience, compliance, and development capacity.
  • •Act as primary liaison with Enterprise Operations, IT, product owners, and platform teams to troubleshoot, escalate blockers, and drive improvements in performance, stability, cybersecurity, and reliability.
  • •Define and maintain an enhancement backlog with justification, benefits, priority, scope, persona impact, dependencies, and measurable success criteria.
  • •Partner with regional pricing operations, bid desk, category, sales operations, and transformation teams to capture pain points, validate requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • •Lead governance forums and monitor end-to-end CPQ/pricing performance, coordinating testing, release readiness, change management, and post-release validation while tracking operational metrics and adoption impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business administration, engineering, finance, information systems, or operations management); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in pricing operations, CPQ tools, commercial operations, business process optimization, product ownership, or technology-enabled transformation.
  • •Experience working with global/regional pricing teams, Enterprise Operations, IT, or platform/product teams to resolve tool issues and deliver scalable enhancements.
  • •Demonstrated ability managing enhancement backlogs, prioritization frameworks, business requirements, user stories, release readiness, or operational governance forums.
