Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct research on cases prior to appointment scheduling using sources such as visa petitions, applications, public records, telephone calls, and government/commercial databases.
  • •Review public records databases to identify potential visa ineligibility issues, including liens, judgments, and bankruptcies.
  • •Evaluate datasets and interpret the relevance of gathered information, including numerical statistics, legal documents, and open-source material.
  • •Ensure integrity of recordkeeping systems and verify data before entering it into recordkeeping systems.
  • •Write clear, concise reports summarizing findings, and coordinate with local hires and government agencies to support information-sharing on cases involving fraud or potential criminal activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience with demonstrated success in complex research and independent case evaluation.
  • •Well-versed in detailed research and reporting, including review, analysis, and interpretation of supporting documents to draw logical conclusions.
  • •Experience using analytical platforms such as Power BI.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing and to prepare reports documenting findings.
  • •U.S. citizen; able to obtain and maintain a SECRET-level federal security clearance and successfully complete a comprehensive 7-year criminal and credit background check.
