Job Summary

Lead advanced analytics solution projects for health and benefits clients, serving as an analytics subject-matter expert across practice initiatives and client conversations. Deliver high-quality, timely work using AI-enabled analytics and scalable analytics platforms, and help commercialize new capabilities through proposals, go-to-market enablement, and trainings. Build and improve onboarding/delivery processes, align stakeholders across legal, marketing, and experts, and support iterative development with testing and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead advanced analytics client projects, pilot initiatives, and proposals to deliver innovative health analytics solutions.
•Develop and support commercialization of analytics capabilities, including go-to-market activities and training enablement.
•Build and improve client analytics delivery and onboarding processes, including automation opportunities and reporting improvements.
•Partner with stakeholders (clients, internal teams, legal, marketing, and industry experts) to gather requirements and align on solution needs.
•Support iterative development, including sprint planning/backlog grooming, and ensure solution quality via acceptance criteria and user acceptance testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 74,000 - 118,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of client-facing or related experience in health or benefits and health actuarial/analytics work.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
•Experience identifying, evaluating, and advancing AI-enabled analytics use cases to improve client delivery and scalability.
•Understanding of predictive modeling and insurance applications, including actuarial modeling and statistical methods.
•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Informatics, Statistics, or a related field.
