Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the design, implementation, and technical artifacts for technology lifecycles in line with ADCB engineering standards and guardrails.
  • •Build and implement standard, repeatable design patterns, components, and technology solutions to meet business and customer objectives with security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Mentor and coach engineers, sharing current technology trends and practices to support best practice and skills modernization.
  • •Lead engineering team activities around change control, testing, incident management, troubleshooting, and release management to ensure successful implementation.
  • •Coordinate with external vendors to meet agreed SLAs/TATs and remediation plans, and collaborate with solution architects to enhance capabilities and address technical debt.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years designing and deploying enterprise-class networks in mid/large organizations, including at least 3 years in incident management, managing software releases, and configuration management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineer (Data Centre, Security, Route/Switch) or equivalent.
  • •ITIL Foundation for IT Service Management.
  • •Knowledge of network/data network technologies and security protocols (e.g., routers/switches, NFV, BGP, MPLS, QoS, DNS/DHCP, Firewall/IPS/WAF/VPN/IPsec/DDoS/NAT/802.1x/TLS).
