Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, global enablement programs across regions, functions, and timelines with limited guidance.
  • •Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships across StratOps, Product, TS Leadership, and the People Team to negotiate scope, align on priorities, and drive accountability.
  • •Translate business goals and OKRs into multi-quarter program roadmaps, communicating priorities, trade-offs, and progress to leadership.
  • •Design and implement metrics frameworks to measure adoption and program effectiveness, pulling and analyzing Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs.
  • •Design tools/resources/communications/training frameworks for TS workflow changes at scale and mentor/develop junior EPM ICs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of related experience in enablement, program management, change management, or a closely related field, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years.
  • •Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility, comfortable operating independently with limited oversight.
  • •Expert building and managing senior stakeholder relationships across functions to drive alignment and influence outcomes without positional authority.
  • •Data-driven approach: design measurement frameworks, analyze program/performance data, and build Salesforce and LMS reports tied to field KPIs and business outcomes.
  • •PROSCI/ADKAR certification (or equivalent) required, plus strong program management tooling experience (Asana, Jira).
