Key Responsibilities

  • •Support/develop and implement the Project HSE Management System, including HSE action monitoring and incident reporting procedures.
  • •Advise and support the Project Director/Manager on processes and procedures to deliver HSE objectives.
  • •Ensure legislative changes are communicated, complied with, and contract scope requirements are assured through self-verification.
  • •Develop, implement, and maintain formal risk assessment processes; identify HSE hazards and evaluate risks with appropriate actions.
  • •Assist with HSE trainings; support/lead HSE meetings, audits, and reviews; develop and communicate HSE performance statistics; review contractor HSE plans and documentation for compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HSE practitioner in the same or related sector.
  • •Minimum NEBOSH IGC qualification.
  • •IOSH membership or similar association.
  • •Relevant degree and professional qualifications.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong communication and leadership skills.
