Job Summary

Support CRH Americas’ Contracts & Litigation Team as a litigation paralegal, assisting operating companies with claims, contracts, investigations, arbitrations, and lawsuits. Partner with the Senior Compliance Manager to monitor CRH Hotline reports and support the compliance program. Draft and file documents, manage litigation holds and preservation requests, maintain indexes and databases, conduct legal research, and handle e-filing and responses to subpoenas and document requests.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and track CRH Hotline reports related to CRH Americas and support compliance training, reporting, and recordkeeping.
•Assist operating companies and legal professionals with legal matters including arbitrations, insurance claims, contracts, investigations, and lawsuits.
•Draft and file administrative, arbitration, and litigation documents; prepare correspondence, pleadings, and contracts for attorney review.
•Maintain electronic indexes and databases for pleadings, discovery, exhibits, and contract forms; manage litigation holds and document preservation requests.
•Conduct legal research, retrieve information from databases, e-file pleadings/motions, and coordinate responses to subpoenas and document requests.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
•At least five years of paralegal experience in an in-house or law firm environment.
•Litigation paralegal experience is preferred.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, OneDrive, PowerPoint).
•Proficiency with iManage (or similar) and online court filing systems; excellent communication and attention to detail.
•Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
