Production Manager Trainee

Develop comprehensive knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing processes through on-the-job training and close mentorship. Learn company products, panel and lumber grades, lumber math, and how to maximize cuts and yields. Gain hands-on understanding of scheduling, budgeting and expense control, product costing, safety and continuous improvement, and HR policies. Support operational compliance while preparing reports and completing assigned courses; tour other company facilities and customer locations to broaden operational knowledge.
