Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver concrete field and laboratory testing to support safe and compliant construction.
  • •Conduct aggregate sampling, testing, and analysis for active civil and structural projects.
  • •Support foundation installation monitoring to verify accurate and safe execution.
  • •Perform earthworks construction monitoring and document site progress.
  • •Prepare clear and timely field reports for internal teams and clients.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a Geological, Construction, or Civil Engineering Technology program (or equivalent).
  • •1–3 years of materials testing experience in concrete, aggregate, or asphalt (less experience considered).
  • •Knowledge of CSA, ASTM, and Provincial Test Methods is an asset.
  • •Comfortable working outdoors for long days and in rugged site conditions.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and holds an unrestricted Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean abstract.
