Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute project-specific digital delivery strategy aligned to project goals and constraints.
  • •Partner with the project team to assess needs, plan implementation, and drive adoption of VDC processes and tools.
  • •Lead and manage project-specific MEP coordination, including clash management and model reviews.
  • •Establish and maintain Schedule/BEP (BxP) and reality capture plans; align 4D/5D where applicable.
  • •Drive field verification strategy, manage VDC deliverables and reporting, and coordinate facility model turnover.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Architecture or Construction Management with 6 years of progressive experience in BIM Technology (or equivalent experience/education).
  • •Construction experience and ability to lead BIM/VDC coordination in a General Contractor environment.
  • •Proficiency with BIM/VDC tools used in GC coordination, such as Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360/ACC (or equivalent).
  • •Data analysis experience (e.g., Excel/Power Query, Power BI, or similar) to turn model/field data into actionable insights.
  • •Strong communication skills to present coordination outcomes to field staff and trade partners, while collaborating on a job site.
