Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and inspect IT hardware onboard naval vessels.
  • •Configure, deploy, and maintain software systems and network infrastructure.
  • •Verify installed systems operate correctly and integrate with other onboard equipment.
  • •Conduct system testing and support commissioning and acceptance activities.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, provide on-site technical support, and maintain service reports/technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or Electrical/Electronics) or a related technical qualification with equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •Hands-on experience in IT systems installation, field service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
  • •Experience configuring, deploying, integrating, testing, or maintaining complex IT systems (preferred).
  • •Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage assigned technical tasks independently.
  • •Good networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching) and the ability to work on multidisciplinary, international teams; valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
