Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify skill gaps and training needs across employees at all levels through assessments.
  • •Design and implement training programs using classroom, on-the-job, e-learning, and workshops, and drive continuous improvement of existing trainings.
  • •Plan, facilitate, and deliver training programs with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • •Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and KPIs, and maintain up-to-date content in the Learning Management System.
  • •Coordinate a team of shopfloor trainers, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on training needs, manage the factory training budget, and coach managers on development and onboarding plans.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work-experience within learning and development.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Learning & Development or Educational science.

  • •Experience with building learning organizations and driving change.
