Job Summary

Lead an engineering team responsible for System Level Test (SLT) test content and test program development for APU products. Drive scalable test programs, software infrastructure, automation, validation, debug, and production-ready release readiness. Set team priorities and execution plans across NPI, production ramp, and sustaining, while providing technical direction and coordinating with cross-functional partners including Platform, Diagnostics, Operations, manufacturing, and OSAT. Champion AI-enabled transformation to improve productivity and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop an SLT Test Engineering team covering test content definition, test program development, software infrastructure, automation, validation, debug, release readiness, and production support.
•Define team priorities, execution plans, resource alignment, and delivery commitments across NPI, production ramp, and sustaining phases.
•Drive delivery of scalable SLT test content, test programs, test flows, automation frameworks, software tools, debug utilities, and release packages.
•Provide technical direction for SLT test content strategy, test architecture, software infrastructure, diagnostics integration, platform readiness, debug methodology, and production deployment.
•Partner cross-functionally to align requirements, resolve issues, and ensure production readiness; establish best practices and lead structured debug for complex SLT issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 119,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Management or senior technical leadership experience in System Level Test, ATE Test Engineering, Product Engineering, silicon validation, manufacturing test, or related semiconductor engineering.
•Experience leading engineering teams responsible for test content definition, test program development, software infrastructure, automation, validation, debug, release readiness, and production support.
•Strong software background applied to test engineering, including test/content architecture, scripting, automation frameworks, software tooling, data pipelines, and debug infrastructure.
•Hands-on understanding of SLT test content, test flows, diagnostics, platform bring-up, OS/BIOS/firmware interactions, structured debug, release readiness, and high-volume manufacturing support.
•Experience applying AI/machine learning or data analytics to improve engineering productivity, debug efficiency, test coverage, quality, and decision-making.
